Tim brings over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, having held senior leadership roles that culminated in his position as Chief Operating Officer at Azelis Americas. Throughout his career, he played a key role on leadership teams that successfully executed two private equity exits and an IPO at Azelis. Tim’s expertise extends beyond operational leadership; he is also an active board member at Lebaron Industries and serves as a Special Advisor for Arsenal Capital Partners and Bain & Co.
A Boston College graduate (1992), Tim further honed his leadership skills through MIT Sloan's Executive Management Program (2001) and Harvard Business School's Senior Leadership Program. Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends on Cape Cod.
Dave brings over 40 years of experience in the pool industry, starting his career at Easton Pool and briefly working as a Financial Analyst before returning to lead the company in 1996. With decades of experience and a vast network of industry relationships, Dave is one of the most knowledgeable and well-connected leaders in the pool industry. Under his leadership, Easton has expanded into new markets, including Gunite pools, working on Martha’s Vineyard, and the development of patented modular precast plunge pools.
A licensed contractor, Certified Building Professional, and member of the Hayward Builder Council, Dave also shares his expertise as a guest lecturer in Entrepreneurship at his alma mater, Bryant University, where he graduated in 1988. Outside of work, you can find Dave on the golf course.
With over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Andy is a seasoned professional and former second-generation owner of Environmental Pools. Under his leadership, he transformed the company into the premier luxury pool builder in the Northeast, expanding its operations regionally while driving operational efficiencies and optimizing internal processes. Andy’s strategic focus on cultivating strong, long-term relationships has been integral to the company's success.
A proud graduate of Suffolk University with a degree in Business Management, Andy balances his professional achievements with a fulfilling personal life. When not leading his business, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, and occasionally escaping to the golf course.
Brittany has vast experience in the financial world, starting her career as an accountant and rising to Controller in her most recent previous role. She brings incredible value to the team, providing robust support in day to day financial activities and overarching financial planning/reporting.
Brittany earned her BSBA in Accounting with a minor in International Business in 2014 and continued on to complete her MSA from Northeastern University that same year. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and her dachshund, Frank!
Julia joined the Easton Select Group leadership team in August of 2024 to serve as Senior Vice President of Marketing. She comes to us with extensive experience in managing digital and strategic marketing in the fields of manufacturing and distribution of specialty chemicals. Her experience in M&A makes her a crucial part of ensuring seamless post-close integration for all acquisitions.
She earned her Bachelors in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad Politecnico Grancolombiano in Colombia and earned her Masters Degree in Information Systems Management from Ferris State University. Outside of work, Julia enjoys gardening, painting, and spending time with her dogs.
Kevin came to Easton Select through the acquisition of Christman Pool Services in Southern Maine, in which he owned and operated. In addition to running a successful business, Kevin served as the Regional President and an Educational Leader for the National Swimming Pool Institute (NSPI), where he contributed to advancing industry standards and training.
A proud graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in both technical and leadership roles within the pool service industry. Outside of work, Kevin values family life and has been married to his wife Joanie for 34 years. As a native Mainer, Kevin enjoys boating and skiing.
Guy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in guiding organizations to build shareholder value and achieve strategic goals. He currently serves as General Counsel, leveraging his deep expertise to navigate complex legal challenges and support business growth. Guy has held pivotal roles at leading organizations, including Isosceles Holdings, United Site Services, and Hoyts Cinemas Corporation. Additionally, he has served as outside counsel to numerous organizations, providing valuable legal guidance and driving results, notably for companies such as Azelis.
A graduate of UMass Lowell and the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, Guy combines his strong legal foundation with a practical, results-oriented approach to corporate law. Outside of his professional life, Guy enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, their two sons, Alexander and Andrew, and Onyx, their Labrador Retriever.
Tom is a dynamic finance professional with over 15 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. He has a proven track record of executing more than $2 billion in capital deployment across 50+ transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, divestitures, and strategic investments.
He brings deep expertise in partnering with founder-led businesses and has guided numerous owner/operators through complex sale processes, always with a focus on value creation and long-term success.
Most recently, Tom served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sevita, a leading national healthcare services platform that supports more than 55,000 individuals across 40 states.
Tom holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
Roy Harrison is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he earned his degree in Electronics Engineering. With extensive experience in the swimming pool industry, Roy’s last stop before Easton Select Group was as a Field Applications Automation Specialist, providing advanced technical support and automation solutions across a wide range of technology products.
He recently joined Easton Select as VP of Sales and Training and plays a key role in dealer and distributor training programs, helping partners stay informed and confident in implementing cutting-edge solutions. Roy is known for his ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, real-world applications that drive results in the field.
Outside of his professional life, Roy enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, and supporting Liverpool Football Club. He lives in Holliston, MA with his wife, Carla.
After years of working in the pool industry growing up, Molly found her way back to the pool industry in 2021 when she joined Easton Pool & Spa to lead a newly developed marketing department. Serving as Marketing Manager at Easton Select Group, Molly oversees all marketing efforts for Easton and its group of companies. In 2024, she was nominated for Pool Nation’s Woman of the Year and was also named in Pool Pro Magazine’s “30 Under 40” list.
Molly graduated from Sage College of Albany in 2018 where she earned her Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing. When she isn’t at work, she is with her fiancé and her dog or hanging out at the beach!
Jake joined the Easton Pool & Spa team in 2021, initially providing weekly maintenance services to customers. His keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills quickly led him to transition into a role overseeing IT infrastructure for Easton Pool. With a background in IT Business Management, having graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2019, Jake has brought both technical expertise and a fresh perspective to the company.
Starting out in IT, Jake's dedication and passion for technology have driven him to grow within the organization. He now serves as the Director of IT at ESG, where he oversees the company's technology initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and continuous innovation. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his cat, Higgins!
Rachel began her journey in the pool industry as an intern at Easton Pool in 2021 and has since played an integral role in the rapid growth of Easton and its group of companies. Now serving as Business Analyst for Easton Select Group, Rachel works with senior leadership to direct strategic efforts across the platform of companies. Her dedication and leadership were recognized in 2024 when she was named to Pool Pro Magazine’s "30 Under 40" list, highlighting 30 of the most promising young professionals shaping the future of the swimming pool industry.
Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bryant University in 2022, earning dual concentrations in Marketing and Team & Project Management, along with a minor in Psychology. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Beau, or hitting the snowmobile trails in northern Maine!
